Well, I have changed my tune. I always thought I wanted four kids and when people would ask how it is with three I would say the truth "it really isn't that hard, in fact, it was harder adjusting to two children." Well, it WAS easy partly because Landry, Sleeping Beauty, slept practically the entire first three months. A sleeping baby was not something I was used to. She also didn't start
crawling until June which put her at 7 1/2 months which also wasn't like the boys who crawled much sooner. Now, she is all over the place and very adventurous. She is into things as much or more than the boys. As for Landry, there is no just sitting in one spot and playing like I have heard some little girls do. So, once this little girl started moving, clearing pictures off of shelves, trying to move the gate to climb the steps, eating toilet
paper while unrolling the entire roll, climbing the pantry shelves, somehow emptying packets of oatmeal on the floor, and bothering everything her brothers are doing... I decided three is enough. In fact, at times, three is more than I can manage especially when I get out on the beach and the youngest crawls straight to the ocean eating sand along the way, the middle child goes straight in the ocean to jump the waves despite being asked to wait and the oldest decides he HAS to "do-do" (
Cade does this every time we get out on the beach). Whew! Places like the beach and public bathrooms send me over the edge and convince me that three is enough. There is nothing like wiping
Cade's bottom while yelling at Cannon to get off the floor and stop touching things all the while having a baby on the hip in a public restroom stall. Ah, the joys of motherhood. So I have decided that three is enough for me......for now, anyway! Give me a few years and who knows!
Here is the little lady dumping her brothers' breakfast, climbing in the refrigerator, emptying a packet of oatmeal and clearing out under the sink. All of these type of things happen daily and usually by 10:00am.

That is the funniest thing I have ever seen (Landry in the fridge.) How cute.
You say just three for now...you'll be having the "itch" for a baby in three years tops!
