Corey left this morning for a mission trip to Cuba for 6 days with his friend Jonathan Johnson and a few other guys. He had been wanting to go on a mission trip for sometime now and Jonathan called him Monday night to see if he'd like to go. The "funny" thing is he called me this morning once he got to Atlanta before boarding the plane to Nassau where he will get on a very small plane to Cuba. The reason for his call wasn't to give me a way to get up with him in Cuba since his phone won't be working, no, it was to make sure I knew his password to his fantasy football team so changes can be made if someone on his team happens to get hurt while he is gone. Yep, no number to reach him, don't even know where in Cuba he will be but, I have the all important fantasy password! Some of you may smile but, I bet a few of you girls might have gotten the same call.
Since he is out of the country, I can tell you a funny thing he did last week. I signed up to send Bugles to preschool for a project they were doing. Corey left early with Cade to get the Bugles before preschool because I had forgotten to get them at the grocery store. Bugles are apparently harder to find than you think. Luckily, I called him while he was on the way to preschool to see if he found the Bugles. He said,"Hey, there weren't any Bugles so, I bought Cheese Puffs." I said, "Oh my gosh Corey, you can't take in Cheese Puffs. They need Bugles not just any random bag in the chip isle." So, next stop was a gas station where he found a bunch of individual bags of Bugles. Whew. So glad I called him before he walked in with Cheese Puffs!
Here is a picture of the boys tailgating at a NC State football game and a picture of Corey and his lil' love.

Sweet! Love that pic of Corey and the boys. Wanted to thank you for inviting us to the Halloween party. The boys had so much fun and you helped make fun memories for all the kids there. We hope it will be a tradition! Sweet blog about Cade too. What a good big brother!
Love that picture of Landry and Corey...so sweet.
