Captivating.

Girls, I have a book for you all. Captivating, by John and Stasi Eldredge, is a book for all of us girls. I found it in the Christian bookstore after a girl named Stephanie Parker told me about it. Stephanie is the kind of girl we all would want our daughters to be. She is a friend of my sister Rebecca and I was able to spend time with Stephanie during Rebecca's wedding festivities. Stephanie is smart, confident, and beautiful girl who doesn't settle, has high aspirations, has a presence about her, and most importantly is a Christian. This book she told me about speaks to us about the woman's heart and what God intended for our hearts. This is no self help book. It simply explains why you are the woman you are. It speaks of the events in a girl's life that mold your heart, break your heart and make you into the person you are today. I recommend it to every woman I know. It will change some of your lives and help you to see the life God created you to live. I highly recommend it for those you with little girls.
