T-ball.

We officially have another baseball player in our house besides Corey. Cade is playing t-ball for the first time. He seems so little out there. I don't know why. He's not little but, in my brain he is way too little to be playing ball already. It makes my heart melt seeing him in his little uniform. So cute! At the first game I realized how much our little t-ball rookie doesn't know (all the little details we failed to fill him in on about this game called baseball). Wearing a batting helmet and managing to run with it on your head for the first time was very awkward. And, he is so used to practicing hitting over and over again that let's just say he had to be reminded to throw the bat and run to first rather than waiting for the next pitch to "crush" like he does at home. So, this week he practiced hitting, then throwing down the bat and running as fast as he could to first base. He said this week he is going to run so fast that the helmet is going to fly off his head and everyone will know he is the fastest. Can't wait to see that Cade!
