her protector.

The other day I was getting Landry dressed to go pick up Cannon from preschool. I said, "Let's go get Cannon. I miss him." I asked, "Do you miss him?" She said, "No. I miss Cade Hardee Lee."

If she gets in trouble with me she still runs to Cade to tell him what happened. He always says, "I know Landry. I heard."

At least three nights a week while in bed supposedly going to sleep Landry yells out, "CADE!" He runs in there and says, "What Landry?" She says, "I pooted." Cade laughs and runs back out. She yells again, "CADE!" He runs back in and she says, "Cade, I pee pee." He laughs and runs out again. She yells again, "CADE!" He runs back in for her to say, "Cade, I doo doo." He of course laughs again and runs out.  Cannon says, "Hey, she never calls my name to come in her room."

The truth is Landry and Cannon are so close in age that she doesn't view him as her older protector. That is Cade's role and only Cade's role.
