We had an early egg hunt today at Aunt Jane and Uncle Bob's house. The real reason for the "get together" was for my dad's side of the family to celebrate Granny's 82nd birthday. They threw in an egg hunt since it was almost Easter. The kids had fun. The one and only Landry Lee found the prize egg. And we all were so glad since we currently have a lot of gender inequality going on courtesy of the boys. So, Landry confirmed that girls do in fact rule when she found the prize egg. Cannon decided to turn in his "gotta get hurt once a day" card at Jane's house by running his head full speed into a wooden ledge. It caused a knot to form and a little bit of bleeding. But, he was tough and maintained his pride. The Easter Bunny paid a visit to everyone to top off the afternoon. We all had fun. It is always nice to be around these sweet people.
