Landry was one girl very excited to be going to the prom for the first time. Going at the ripe age of three is one of the perks that come along with having a grandmother that works at the high school. She had fun but was a little disappointed in everyone's dance moves. She said, "they just danced like this" and wiggled her hips from side to side. She said, "Nobody was doing the moonwalk!" She really thought she'd see individual dance routines. So, the dancing part was a let down but, she said the food was good and there were a lot of pretty dresses. She was approached by an older guy (age 6) who asked her to dance to which she politely grinned and said, "No. I don't want to." She said she might dance with somebody next year.
Thank you Nana for inviting Landry to be your prom date this year!
