I knew it wouldn't take long before Cannon would do something to embarrass Cade and well, it happened for the first time the other day at Target. I got the two boys in the back of the cart as I was holding Landry.(I didn't bother hunting down the big cart with two seats for the boys because we were just there for baby formula. A fast trip.) We begin to walk and Cannon notices a mom and her two daughters (approx. ages 6 and 4) beside us. Cannon, who has no idea how to whisper, says to Cade in a very loud voice, "Cade, you see "dose" girls? Are "dose" pretty girls?" To which Cade turn a little pink and says to Cannon in a whisper without even moving his lips "Cannon be quiet." To which Cannon decides he obviously needs to ask again and in an even louder voice since Cade didn't give him a proper answer. So now Cade is red in the face and trying not to laugh or grin as he says louder than last time "CAN-NON (really dragging out his name) be quiet!" So, now Cannon is getting mad and asks it again and much louder. Cade just covers his face with his hands waiting for us to be a safe distance away. I said, "Cade, Cannon wants to know if you think those girls are pretty." Cade, with a little smile says, "Yes Cannon they are pretty girls." I then told Cannon that he shouldn't say things like that so loud. Cade then starts laughing at his brother who has no tact. Well, Cannon is only two but, I know he will embarrass me one day with a loud question about some one's looks that probably won't be as nice as "are they pretty". Oh, Lord. As for Cannon embarrassing Cade, I think this is just the beginning!
