Angela,
Very, very soon you will meet your lil' cherry on top. You already have your ice cream and your sprinkles now it is time for that cherry on the top. No need to worry or be scared. What is the point. He is coming whether you are ready or not. As soon as you meet him you will think, what was I so worried about. In a few weeks you will likely say, "Holy crap, what have I done!" (not kidding). Sorry, enough with scaring you.
There is nothing like a new baby. Nothing in the world. Right now you can't even imagine that as soon as you meet him you will know, just as you knew with Sam and Jack, that you couldn't live without him. God gives you just what you need. Hopefully God knows you need a baby that sleeps a lot like my lil' cherry on top did. Or, maybe just a baby that will be numb and unaffected by the loudness of his brothers. He should be used to all the noise he has endured for nine months now. He might just want little peace and quiet in a bed in a room down the hall with the door shut and a noise machine on. That sounds good to you right now doesn't it. Ahh, sleep.
Angela, you will do great just as you have with the Sam and Jack. You are a good Mama. And a good aunt and sister for that matter. Who knows, this one will probably be your favorite. We both know the third is always the favorite (just kidding Rebecca). Look at the bright side, Will is lucky. He gets his own room. You take better pictures now than when Sam and Jack were born. He gets to live in a house that is a real life Toys-R-Us store. He will not have to share his Aunt Ally with a baby cousin the exact same age. He will never know you went from a decked-out Expedition to a pimpin' minivan. Ready or not, your lil' cherry on top is coming. You get to meet your baby boy. I can hardly wait!
I love you-
Allyson

Thank you for this. I really needed to read this. It calmed my nerves. Maybe I should print it so I can read it every day. I sure hope I can do as good a job as you've done. I'm scared to death! Be prepared for a lot of late night talks with your crying younger sister!
Now that was just SWEET!!
