Isn't it lovely getting a call from a laughing preschool teacher. The teacher who happens to also be your friend. Missy called to tell me what Cannon said because it would be inappropriate to say at pick up time in front of other parents. I began sweating and my heart was beating fast before she even told me the story. They were having circle time on the floor and discussing words that start with the letter "p". Corey's son then yells out in his super loud voice "PENIS!" Missy played it safe by ignoring his outburst. I didn't know how to respond to the story. I just said, "What are you teaching him at church preschool?" Oh Lord. Cannon doesn't distingush well between appropriate and inappropriate yet. Will he ever? Honestly, it worries me a little.


My disclaimer/explanation: The other day Cade was asking about "the word". He wondered why it was an ugly word if it is the correct word for his anatomy. I told him it isn't an ugly word but, there is just no reason to say it. Cannon listened in on this conversation without any comment.
